Our standard operating procedures require our drivers to test customers’ storage tanks for water contamination before offloading fuel.

Where contamination is detected, we do not offload any fuel, but must first de-contaminate the affected tank, whether underground or above-ground, and ensure that it meets required standards and is free from any further issues, such as leaks, etc.
